CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that situations change and that very occasionally it might be necessary to cancel your participation.  If this happens, we will need to receive written notice.  Companies cancelling before July 14th will incur a $200 administration fee.  Cancellations received after July 14th will result in full forfeiture of fees.
