CANCELLATION POLICY

Companies canceling before November 15th will incur a $250 administration fee.  Cancellations received between November 15th and December 15th will result in a 50% loss and any cancellations received after December 15th will result in a full forfeiture of fees.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment should be rendered by corporate check.  Credit card payments will be accepted up to $5,000.  Wire transfers will only be accepted with pre-approval by SNA.  All payments are due upon receipt of invoice.  Please note payment schedule however ALL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO MOVE-IN.
