The Twenty-First National Symposium will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Crystal City.  A full schedule of events is planned and will soon be available click here to link.  The exhibit hall will open on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 with a complimentary luncheon in all exhibit areas.  The Welcome Reception will take place the evening of January 13th in all exhibit areas.   Exhibits will be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 
 

Booth Space
Booth space is available in graduated increments of 10 feet, with a ceiling height restriction of 8 feet.  Some irregular spaces are available.   If you are interested in exhibiting please fill out the Intent Form online.  Upon receipt of your Intent Form, we will send you an invoice and contract, which will be subject to the payment schedule outlined below.  Once you have been assigned a Booth Number, you will be able to access the Exhibitor Kit online.  Due to high demand and space limitations, we do assign space on a first-come, first-served basis with our corporate sponsors receiving priority on allocations.
 

Banquet Tables
Corporations hosted over 70 tables at the Thursday night banquet in 2008 with SNA seating nearly 1,000 individuals.  Each table seats 10 people and Corporations are required to give back 2 seats per table to seat guests of SNA. As we have a large number of active duty/government SNA-invited guests, we will gladly accept more tickets back at corporate tables.  Seating is done through an impartial random process.  We cannot guarantee that any particular individuals will be seated at a certain table.   We are allowed to extend these invitations by special permission of the Department of the Navy.  It is, therefore, imperative that you allow us to handle the invitation process and that you do not make invitations directly to active duty or government officials.    We appreciate your cooperation.

Sponsorships
Sponsorship opportunities are available and outlined below.    Each sponsor will receive recognition in the on-site program, as well as appropriate signage at each special event.   

Program Advertising
A limited number of advertisements will be available in the onsite program.  This program includes our schedule of events, as well as a list of exhibitors/sponsors with booth numbers and a map of the exhibit areas.

seminar Ads
This ad is a single Power Point slide designed and provided by the individual Corporation.  It is incorporated into a looped advertising presentation which runs during all seminar breaks.  These ads are available on a first come, first served basis, as we limit the loop to a 15 minute viewing cycle.

Atrium Digital Ads
Digital ads run in a continuous loop, opposite the daily schedule, on the electronic sign boards located on all exhibit levels.

Welcome reception food stations
During the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening SNA provides beer, wine and soft drinks to the attendees and we encourage our corporations to purchase food stations to put in or near their booths. This Reception will take place throughout all exhibit areas.  Menus will be sent to you for review at a date closer to the event.

Payment Methods
Payment should be rendered by corporate check.  Credit card payments will be accepted up to $5,000.00.  Wire transfers will only be accepted with pre-approval by SNA.  All payments are due upon receipt of invoice.  Please note payment schedule however
ALL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO MOVE-IN.

Cancellation Policy:
Companies canceling before November 15th will incur a $250 administration fee.  Cancellations received between November 15th and December 15th will result in a 50% loss and any cancellations received after December 15th will result in a full forfeiture of fees.
